At the time of delivery, if the customer is not 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship, quality and overall fit of the product, Fendmaster will replace or repair the product to meet that customers expectations and overall satisfaction.

If Fendmaster is unable to produce a replacement product suitable to the customers' needs and expectations, then at Fendmaster's discretion they will refund the purchase price of the product to the customer.
